Info for Corporate Clients:

Set against a company’s strategy, mapping job profiles and then sourcing, screening & providing them with select trainees, and under-  & post-graduate students for specialised placements. These candidates are sourced directly and in a unique alternative manner from Universities and FET colleges. This is done through profiling trainees against pre-determined job profiles to ensure the closest match and to maximise return on investment.  Pre-  and post-placement workshops in, for example, Personal Mastery are also held to assist in establishing the best possible engagement and to make sure that mutual expectation and goals are aligned and achieved. Talent Window Africa also provides a wide range of audit and survey services - for example,  in the climate, skill, and competency domains. My assessment services include personality profiling, job profiling, emotional intelligence assessments, 360 degree feedback, peer and competency based placement assessments (NQF 1 to 5). Talent Window Africa’s Employee wellness services include motivational speaking, mind, body and spiritual awareness talks (including HIV Aids talks) as well as industrial theatre and individual, and group based coaching services.  

Info for under & postgraduate Students (Graduates):

Talent Window Africa provides a platform to the young under- or post-graduate student to upload and showcase personal, academic and profiled personality related data matched against pre-loaded job profiles to prospective employers. This web-based system is easy to access and is user friendly as it provides employers a “shop window” of potential graduates to select from. To school going youth / young adults: Talent Window Africa provides holistic assessment and interview batteries which categorise a school going youth into one or two broad career categories (e.g., Arts, Science, Business, Engineering, etc.)  These youths are provided with information on a broad range of prospective jobs or career options in a selected category including, amongst others, entrepreneurial and professional pursuits. Talent Window Africa additionally provides youth access to the workplace through focussed experiential learning placements with an optional mentorship and coaching programme that could last for the duration of the youth’s decision making period and/or eventual study period. The experience of such placement from the perspective of the youth and the host organisation would be carefully captured. Talent Window Africa further provides guidance regarding which Colleges, Universities, other registered Institutions or Employers may provide the best solution based on a feasibility study which will include aspects such as affordability and personal goal orientation. Assistance is given with regards to the registration process as well as subject choices. Further support may be provided to the student through summer and winter schools in various formats such as workshops on Tertiary study methods and Personal Mastery.
